I'm not here to help you with yet another Monday where you vow to change things. However, I can help you shift your perspective on your body and food, so you can enjoy without shame, reduce binge eating, and feel confident in your body, regardless of your size.

Self-love goes much deeper than how you look at this moment. Regardless of your pant size or body type, you deserve to look at your body with love. A healthy relationship with food and your appearance supports any other goals you have; one doesn't exclude the other. But by shifting the focus from appearance, you'll feel freer and, strangely enough, more beautiful.

How much better would life be if you didn't immediately finish the whole pack of cookies after eating just one?

How liberating would it feel to lounge on the beach this summer without worrying about your body? To swim freely without feeling like everyone's eyes are on you, comparing you to others on the beach.

How nice would it be not to feel uncomfortable when your partner touches your body? To be proud of yourself, even without clothes hiding your insecurities a little?

I can tell you, it feels really good! And it wasn't always like this for me. Like many other women, I lived for a long time with strict rules about food and feelings about my appearance. I wasn't always on a diet, but somewhere, I was always trying to get as slim as possible or, if that didn't work, at least look as slim as possible.

I'd scrutinize every photo and video of myself; I had to know how I looked to others. Along with the number on the scale, this held my life in its grip. Did the number disappoint? Then I'd be even stricter. Did the number on the scale please me? Then I could have a bowl of chips or a glass of wine in the evening.

The result? Binge eating, insecurity, and significant mood swings when it came to my weight and appearance. It seemed to work for other people around me, but I just couldn't get it right...

After living like this for 27 years, I decided: there must be a better way. And with success, the scale no longer controls my day. I feel free in my body and happier than ever. Now, this is the biggest coaching cliché, but it's true: after making this transformation myself, I want the same for you!

That's right! Everyone has their own path to feeling better in their skin. The basic ingredients are self-love, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and neutrality around food. But how you get there and what this means for you is different for everyone. That's why, in addition to a regular coaching education, I also completed a specific training focused on body image, developed to support and help people on this specific theme.

As a result, I not only have the tools that helped me but also techniques and exercises that have a scientific basis and have been tested by many other experts in this field.

You may have a very different starting point than I did. That's why we won't follow a standard program in this process. The 12 weeks will be tailored to your needs.

Together, we'll work towards:

  • More self-confidence and feeling better in your body;
  • Less guilt about eating and binge eating;
  • Fewer negative thoughts about your appearance and body;
  • Reducing thoughts about food (such as what you should or shouldn't eat and whether you should compensate, etc.);

  • Your weight no longer impacting your day and what you can or can't do.
